Do you want to look better, feel more confident and have less pain at the end of your work day?
Our posture program is a 6-week program that helps you naturally improve your posture. Look taller, feel more confident, reduce your everyday aches and pains, improve your organ and spinal health, breathe better, feel more confident. All of these things can be achieved by participating in our posture program. We teach you how to sit in a chair at home and work, stand, use a standing desk, how to walk, how to use a tablet or phone, how to sit in a car, how to lay down and decompress your spine. We have reviewed the research and have developed a program using techniques from yoga, osteopathy, Pilates, acupuncture and physiotherapy to help you improve your posture for good.
Changing a habit especially your posture is difficult to do alone. This is why we limit our posture program to 8 people at a time to create a tight-knit group that will encourage each other along the way. Never underestimate the power in numbers.
